I haven't seen any existing garment for males so excessive in terms of material required for its production. However, I fear that the receding hairline and hyper-masculine facial composition may be necessary to pull this jacket off, both of which I'm lacking. Maybe if I slicked back my hair and grew the mangy neck beard I'd have a fighting chance but I'm still perhaps a bit too uncertain to commit to giving it a go.

It seems this poor bloke was trying to promote the Man Shawl. What saddens me about the whole affair is to think of how rare photographs were, and that this was the choice in his moment to shine. I wish there were out takes to this photo.
