Richter: Chopin Etude Op. 10 No. 4

The first Richter I had the had the pleasure of experiencing was his recording of Bach's WTC and it took me a short while for it to sink in being that I was more familiar with Gould's interpretations. The intensity of Richter's playing initially presented itself to me as a bit rough around the edges but peaked my interest. His Chopin and Scriabin pieces are all amazing. Check them out if you've the inclination.
